Best Time to See Royal Sites

You might have heard about the royal sites in London and may be you are eager too to visit London and see them all, and why not?

Trust me; if you are going to London, then spending some time in watching those royal and imperial sites of the city won’t let you down at all.

Most of the royal residences in London get open to the public only when the occupants are on holiday, thus summer is your best time to see all those royal things.

The Clarence House, i.e. the home of the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall opens only in August for the public, whereas the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace are available to the public in late July through September.

You can have the chance to consort at Royal Ascot with the aristocratic crowd as well as you can enjoy the Queen’s birthday parade in June.

Best Time for Shopping

Are you also shopaholic just like me and have obsession for the shopping? Then, shopping in London is something that you must never miss, as London is considered to be the dream destination for the people loving shopping.

Shopping during the festive seasons is highly expensive, thus I would recommend you to visit shops in the post-Christmas January sales.

In the late June and early July you can get all the best sales in London, including ultra-popular summer sale of Harrods.

Best Time for Pocket-Friendly Visitors

If you just want to visit the city and enjoy its natural beauty without spending many pennies, then January and February are the perfect months for you to visit London.

Due to heavy rains and cool temperatures during these months, you can find great deals on hotel rates and airfare.

Although there not many events taking place in January and February, bust still you can enjoy events like London International Mime Festival and London Fashion Week in these months.
